This final project is the result of analysis and observation of the information systems *hat are already running and the plan results of the new computer based prescription data processing applications management expecially in the prescription data management, patient data report, medicine data report, the data concoction and sales reports each month at Denny Pharmacies Metro City.

Broadly speaking, the author can be argued that most of the information system is running is not good enough, because there are flaws in the system, namely for inputting data processing recipe management is done simply by using the ledger sc that the data checking recipe management in each year require a long time, because it is still to be checked one by one in the recipe. In the report they have trouble printing because it is still done simply.

This research using data processing methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. While the method of application design using Document Flow Chart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram. Software support in making data processing applications using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and database used is Microsoft Office Access.

The design of the recipe management data processing applications produce the design in the form of database design as tables of patient data, drug, blends and selling methodes. Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Tables Relationship. The design of the input and output interface, namely the login screen, main menu, input patient data, drug, blends and types of sales, display patient data reports, medications, concoction and soles.

The application design has been applied to improve the Prescription Data Processing Management At Denny Pharmacies Metro City and generate reports that accurate to patient data so that these reports will be done on time.
