An analysis error of using pronoun in writing descriptive text at the students of SMPN 5 Metro in academic year 2014-2015

The objectives of this research are to know how the students using pronoun in
writing descriptive text, to describes why do the students make error in writing
descriptive text and the types of students error in using pronoun in writing
descriptive text. The subject of this research are students in SMPN 5 Metro.
The sampling technique used in this research was snowball sampling. To collect
the data the researcher were used writing test without treatment, interview process
and observation. Therefore the researcher analyses the data by marking, noting,
classiiying, identifying and analyzing the data
The result of analyzes the data, the researcher found the result. First, the students
makes some error of using pronoun in writing descriptive text it can be seen by
the students writing test and interview process that has been done by the
researcher. Second, the causes of students makes error are did not pay attention,
lack of vocabulary and the understanding of material still low. Third, the types of
error made by the students are l3 errors in subject pronoun, ll errors in object
pronoun, 10 in P
