il College of Art is the world's only wholly postgraduate university institution of art and design -fine art, ""fdesign, communications and humanities - offering the degrees of MA, MPhil and PhD. It is the most ated community of young artists, designers and communicators to be found anywhere; a community an art in a design environment and design in an art environment. There are some 800 students at any . with an average age of 21 years. They are taught by around 120 members of staff, all of whom are shed artists, designers and writers who practice and research. The number of visiting lecturers titioners in an average year is huge.

At the last official count, tne years 1997/2001, we discovered over 90% of our graduates make their livings, at an appropriate level, Ijects they studied and practiced at the College, or in related subjects. In some areas, the figure is as high "; n one area 100%. The added value of experiencing the RCA is world-renowned.
